• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Heardle in a way that violates any laws or regulations
• Use the Heardle to transmit any viruses or malicious code

The App and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
